1. Software Licenses & Digital Products
The majority of products sold by Right System & Software are digital in nature, including:
- TallyPrime Licenses
- TallyPrime Server Licenses
- Tally Software Services (TSS) Renewals
- Cloud Backup Subscriptions
- Software Activations
- Digital Software Subscriptions
Once a software license, subscription, activation key, renewal, or digital access has been delivered, activated, or processed, the purchase is generally non-refundable.
2. TallyPrime & TSS Products
All TallyPrime Licenses, TallyPrime Server Licenses, and TSS Renewals are governed by the licensing policies of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Refunds will not be applicable once:
- The license has been activated.
- The TSS renewal has been processed.
- The software entitlement has been delivered.
- The activation request has been submitted and completed.
Customers are advised to verify all license details, serial numbers, and account information before making payment.
3. Service Cancellation
For implementation, customization, training, consultancy, AMC, or support services:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
- Requests received before commencement of work may be considered for cancellation.
- Any work already completed, resources allocated, or expenses incurred may be deducted from any applicable refund amount.
4. Cloud & Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle.
- Charges already incurred are non-refundable.
- Services will remain active until the end of the paid subscription period unless otherwise specified.
5. Duplicate Payments
In case of accidental duplicate payments:
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of the transaction.
- After verification, the excess amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 7–15 business days depending on the payment provider and banking channels.
6. Failed Transactions
If payment has been deducted from the customer’s account but the order has not been successfully processed:
- The transaction will be verified with the payment gateway and banking partners.
- Eligible refunds will be processed after confirmation of the failed transaction.

8. Refund Processing Time
Where a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method wherever possible.
- Processing timelines may vary depending on banks and payment gateway providers.
