System Requirements for TallyPrime Installation

Before installing TallyPrime, please ensure that you have administrator rights with permissions to Create, Write, Update, Modify, and Delete. If you plan to use multilingual features, make sure that your operating system supports multiple languages.

Hardware and Software Requirements

The following system configurations are recommended for both TallyPrime Silver and Gold Editions, whether you’re setting up a Client-Server system or using a standalone computer:

Particulars	Recommended Configuration
Processor	A 1.8 GHz 64-bit (x64) architecture processor is required. Suitable processor types include Core2 Duo, Dual Core, Core i3, Core i5, Core i7, or any equivalent model.
RAM	A minimum of 4 GB of RAM is recommended.
Hard Disk	You need at least 150 MB of free space to install the TallyPrime application. This space requirement does not include the storage space needed for your company data.
Monitor Resolution	Monitor should have a minimum resolution of 1366 x 768.
Operating System	TallyPrime is compatible with 64-bit editions of Microsoft Windows, starting from Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2. It is also compatible with Windows 11.
Other MS Office software	If you plan to use TallyPrime in conjunction with MS Office software, ensure you have 64-bit editions of applications like Excel, Word, and others.
